Can we really claim back our lost money?
Yes you can. The recovery process varies from case matter to case matter. Financial recovery cannot be guaranteed but provided you have the correct paperwork and compelling evidence your chances of recovery are very much in your favour.
This varies from case to case, generally you should recover your money within 9 to 24 months (it can take longer). Direct settlement is usually quicker, matters that go before the court take longer. Class or group actions can take much longer, because of the volume of people and evidencial requirements etc.
Simple answer - If you are being cold called about claims you are being contacted by companies that are acting illegally. Cold Calling is Illegal. They will most probably attempt to make an appointment either at your home or via Zoom Call. This call will end in them asking you for an Upfront Fee (typically £5,000 to £10,000) - if you fall for this you will be lucky to get you money back or receive real value for money. DO NOT ACCEPT THE CALL OR PAY AN UPRONT FEE!
We compile your paperwork, we work with you to understand your experience with the resort and lender. We express your misrepresentations in a format that a) meets a specific criteria set down by a specialist Law Firm, we work with the Law Firm to bring your claim against the lender. Or b) we launch our own inhouse attack on the Resort or Lender using current legislation.
We are obliged to advise you that you do not have to use our service and you can if you wish bring your own claim against the Resort or Lender. You can do this via the UK or Spanish court services or you can use an Ombudsman service or make a claim via the FSCA if appropriate.
We only charge you a fee in the event that we are successful in making a recovery for you. This is known as a NO-WIN-NO-FEE service. We do not charge any Upfront Fee's for our services, you do not pay us any fees if we lose. Put simple it is in our interest to win your case and recover your money for you, so that you can pay our fee which is normally competitively set between 25/33% + applicable VAT. How do I know if I have a claim that will Win?
Once you have made contact with us, we will conduct a short and sharp FREE Appraisal of your claim matter, we are quickly able to determine whether or not in our opinion you have a potential successful claim. If you decide then to instruct us , we will forward to you our claim pack. Once this is returned we will run a thorough investigative process and action you claim. We will keep you informed throughout the process and you will receive a letter from us providing you with a quantum of claim value.
Because we only work on a NO-WIN-NO-FEE basis you will appreciate that if we are willing to take you case matter on and invest our time, money and resources on your claim matter we must believe in your chances of success - otherwise it would result in a loss to us.
